Making and baking

The blueberries are taunting us - large, blue and not quite ripe enough to start harvesting.  So time to do other things, like make the most delicious dried fruit, nuts and chocolate bar and microwave a loaf of bread.

Last week the oven expired, so real baking is not possible, but bread was needed.  After searching the internet (with little real worthwhile outcome) I blended all the info and microwaved a "loaf" of bread.  Recommended only as an emergency procedure!  The bread tasted fine and had mouth-feel of pudding.
