Baba ghanouj

Just made delicious baba ghanouj.  Used this recipe from taste of beirut.  Thanks Joumana!

Did you use the made from scratch or made from a can recipe? I like both depending on my mood!

Made from scratch! I was exposed to Lebanese people, food and history from an early age - sort of "adopted" into a Lebanese family - and find myself constantly drawn back to the foods. Reading your blog re-inspired me to head down Lebanon way!
